Mount Lyndhurst Lone Graves.
Below are the two lone graves on Mount Lyndhurst Station. In an attempt to save as much space as possible and increase the speed of downloading, only part of the stone is displayed. Flinders Ranges Research has the full photograph and many others as well.
There were several other deaths recorded between 1881 and 1909.
Thomas Ryan, blacksmith died 25 July 1881, aged 40 years.
Alice Maude Moffatt on 22 March 1882 aged 13 months, daughter of Robert Moffatt, blacksmith of Mount Lyndhurst.
James Russell on 4 November 1896, aged 27 of Port Adelaide .
Charles Patten on 26 March 1889 aged 66, labourer of Mount Lyndhurst.
Mary Ann Robinson died at Walters Well on Mount Lyndhurst Station on 13 January 1901. She was 22 and the wife of William Robinson, overseer at Mount Lyndhurst.
William Polmer from Ireland died 27 December 1907, aged 57.
Eliza Raper on 26 December 1909 aged 69. She was the wife of Arthur Newland, stationhand. She was born in England, married at 18 but had no children.
